秋篠宮ご夫妻の長男、悠仁さまは今日、14歳の誕生日を迎えられました。
Prince Hisahito, the eldest son of the couple Prince Fumihito, celebrated his 14th birthday today.
中学2年生になった悠仁さまは新型コロナウイルスの影響で学校が2月から休校になり、オンラインの授業も経験しましたが、登校が始まってからは元気に通われているということです。
Hisahito was in his 2nd year in junior high school, and due to the corona virus the school had to close since February, after which Hisahito took online classes, but since he could go to school he seemed to be very excited.
先月には、秋篠宮さまから一眼レフカメラで自然や生き物を撮影するテクニックを習われました。
Last month, he learned the techniques of photographing nature and creatures with a DSLR camera from Prince Fumihito.
悠仁さまは生き物に高い関心を持たれていて、
Hisahito is very interested in living creatures,
去年10月にはトンボの観察や採集をもとに書いた作文「トンボと私」が「全国小・中学校作文コンクール」で佳作に入賞しています。
last October, he composed "Dragonfly and Me", which is based on the observation and collection of dragonflies, then earned the noble award in the "Composing Competition for elementary school students and junior high school national".
