流通大手「セブン＆アイ・ホールディングス」の株主総会が開かれ、コンビニ加盟店での人手不足や賃上げに関する質問が相次ぎました。　
The general meeting of shareholders of Seven & i Holdings, a large distribution company, was held and questions were raised about labor shortages and wage increases at convenience store franchises.
午前10時からおよそ2時間ほど行われた総会では、井阪隆一社長が議長を務めました。

これに対しセブン－イレブン・ジャパンの永松社長は、設備の省人・省力化の推進と人材流出を止めるための環境整備などに最大限の努力をしていくと述べました。　
In response, Seven-Eleven Japan President Nagamatsu said that the company would do its utmost to promote labor-saving and labor-saving measures in its facilities and create an environment that would stop the outflow of human resources. 　
また、本部と比べて加盟店での賃上げが追いついていないという指摘には、持続的な成長のためには単に本部へのロイヤリティーの支払い額を下げるのではなく、投資していくことが必要だと訴えました。
