港で静かに釣りを楽しむはずが思わぬ救出劇に発展しました。　
A quiet day of fishing in the harbor turned into an unexpected rescue drama.
釣り場を探して移動してきた男性が見つけたのは、小さな手足で必死に水をかきながら泳ぐ子ネコ。　
A man looking for a fishing spot saw a kitten swimming frantically through the water with its little legs.
男性は急いで魚をすくう時に使う網で子ネコを拾い上げます。　
The man quickly picked up the kitten with a net used to catch fish.
救助された子ネコはホッとした様子で、まん丸な瞳で男性を見上げていますが、冬の海にどれくらい漂っていたのか、寒さで全身がブルブルと震えています。　
The rescued kitten seemed relieved, looking up at the man with round eyes, but his whole body was shaking from the cold. I don't know how long it had been floating on the winter sea.
男性は周囲に母ネコの姿を探しましたが、見つからなかったので、子ネコを家に連れて帰ってお風呂に入れたということです。　
The man looked everywhere for the mother cat but couldn't find it, so he brought the kitten home and gave it a bath.
体が温まって安心したのか子ネコは徐々に鳴き始め、3色の毛並みがフワフワとして気持ちよさそうです。

男性は子ネコを家族として育てることを決め、海で出会ったことから「うみちゃん」と名付けました。
