天皇皇后両陛下の長女・愛子さまは、東京・八王子市の武蔵野陵を参拝されました。　
Princess Aiko, eldest daughter of the Emperor and Empress, visited the Musashino Mausoleum in Hachioji, Tokyo.
愛子さまは、高速道路の事故による渋滞の影響で、予定より1時間半ほど遅れた25日午前11時半ごろ、昭和天皇が埋葬されている武蔵野陵に到着されました。　
Princess Aiko arrived at Musashino Mausoleum, where Emperor Showa is buried, at around 11:30 a.m. on the 25th, about an hour and a half later than expected due to traffic congestion caused by an accident on the highway.
学習院大学を卒業し、日本赤十字社に入社したことを報告するもので、愛子さまは玉串を捧げて拝礼されました。　
To announce that she graduated from Gakushuin University and joined the Japanese Red Cross, Princess Aiko presented a tamagushi for the ceremony.
愛子さまが武蔵野陵を訪れたのは10年前に両陛下と一緒に参拝されて以来です。　
This is the first time Princess Aiko has visited Musashino Mausoleum since she visited with the Emperor 10 years ago.
続いて愛子さまは昭和天皇の妃・香淳皇后が埋葬されている武蔵野東陵も参拝されました。　
Princess Aiko then visited Musashino Toryo, where Empress Kojun, wife of Emperor Showa, was buried.
武蔵野陵の入り口には、愛子さまを一目見ようと多くの人々が集まりました。
Many people gathered at the entrance to Musashino Mausoleum to catch a glimpse of Princess Aiko.
