マイナンバーカードの普及のための「マイナポイント」が別の人に付与されたトラブルについて、総務省は131の自治体で172件に上ったと明らかにしました。

総務省は全国1788の自治体を対象に今月2日まで調査し、最終報告をまとめました。

申し込んだ本人が受け取るべきポイントが、別の人に誤って付与されたトラブルが131の自治体で172件あったということです。

自治体の窓口にある共用端末でログアウトの確認ミスが136件と最も多くなっています。

また、マイナンバーカードを同姓同名の人に間違えて交付し、受け取った人がそのマイナンバーカードでポイント申請をしていた事例も2件あったということです。

総務省は自治体や決済事業者を通じて誤って付与されたポイントの返還を求め、申請者に戻せるよう調整を続けています。
