坦々そぼろのかた焼きそうめんを作ります
We're going to make crisp-fried somen noodle with dandan soboro sauce
水を適量をフライパンに入れて沸かし、そうめん3束を入れ、袋の表示時間通りゆでます
Add water to a frying pan and boil it, add 3 bundles of somen noodles and boil according to the time on the package
水気を切りましょう
Drain the water
フライパンの水気をキッチンペーパーでふき取り
Wipe the water on the frying pan with kitchen paper
ごま油大さじ2の半量入れてねします
Add half the amount of 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and heat the pan
そうめんを半量ずつ戻し入れ、丸く形を整えて広げましょう
Add half of the somen noodle at a time, shape into round shape
弱めの中火で4分ほど焼き色がつくまで焼き
Fry in low heat for about 4 minutes, until the color changes
上下を返し、ふちから残りのごま油を回し入れます
Flip the noodles and pour the remaining sesame oil around it

取り出します
Take it out
豚ひき肉100g を同じフライパンに入れ
Add 100 gram of pork into the same frying pan
肉も色が変わるまで中火で炒めます
Cook under medium heat until the meat changes color
豆板醤小さじ2分の１、もやしに分の1袋を入れ、全体になじむまで炒めます
Add 1/2 teaspoon of broad bean paste, 1/2 package of bean sprout and stir until everything is combined
酒大さじ1、砂糖大さじ1/2
Add 1 tablespoon of sake, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
味噌大さじ1、白すりごま大さじ2
1 tablespoon of miso, 2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds
水100 ccを入れ
100 cc of water
煮立たせます
Let it steamer
水溶き片栗粉を回し入れ
Dissolve the starch in water and pour it in
混ぜながらとろみをつけましょう
Stir to thicken
器にかた焼きそうめんを乗せて、坦々そぼろあんをかけ
Put the crisp-fried somen noodles on a dish, pour the dandan soboro sauce on top
細ねぎを散らし、糸唐辛子を乗せたら完成です
Sprinkle some spring onion and shredded hot pepper, and the dish is completed
