自宅やサテライトオフィスなどで勤務するテレワークについて、働く人の満足度が高いものの管理職は孤独感や疎外感を懸念していることが分かりました。　
The study found that although workers are highly satisfied with teleworking, which involves working from home or a satellite office, managers are concerned about feelings of loneliness and alienation.
シンクタンクの日本生産性本部は5月29日から9日間、企業・団体で自らテレワークをしている非管理職と部下がテレワークをしている管理職のそれぞれ1000人に意識調査をしました。　
The Japan Productivity Center, a think tank, conducted an awareness survey of 1,000 non-managers who telework themselves and managers whose subordinates telework at companies and organizations for nine days from May 29.
その結果、非管理職の82.6％が自らのテレワークでの働き方に満足とし、管理職の76.1％が部下のテレワークでの仕事ぶりに満足と答えました。　
As a result, 82.6% of non-managers responded that they were satisfied with their way of working remotely and 76.1% of managers responded that they were satisfied with the way their subordinates worked remotely.
ただ、テレワークで働く孤独感や疎外感の解消策について、「課題だが解決していない」としたのは非管理職が29.0％だった一方、管理職では46.8％に達していて、特に管理職で孤独感・疎外感への懸念が広がっています。
However, 29.0% of non-managers responded that they have not dealt with the loneliness and alienation of remote workers, while 46.8% of managers said it was an unresolved problem.
