伸び放題の毛に覆われた羊は、とても体が重そうです。　
The sheep covered with fur grew in all directions appeared to be very heavy.
この羊はオーストラリア南東部ビクトリア州の森で見つかり、保護されました。　
This sheep was found and protected in a forest in Victoria, southeastern Australia.
かつては人間に飼われていたとみられますが、森で過ごすうちに毛は伸び放題になりました。　
It seems that the sheep was originally raised by humans, but in the forest its fur grew too long.
刈り取られた毛の重さは、なんと35キロもありました。　
The weight of the cut feathers was 35kg.
スタッフは「森の岩場を走り回っていたので、ひづめは丈夫。でも痩せていた」と話しています。　
The staff said, "It ran around rocks in the woods so the nails were strong, but thin."
毛を刈り取られてすっきりした羊は穏やかに草をはんでいます。
