急成長する中国の電気自動車市場での事業拡大を狙い、日本の大手半導体商社が中国の自動車メーカーを顧客に持つ大手車両デザイン会社と合弁会社を設立しました。　
Aiming to expand its business in the rapidly growing Chinese electric vehicle market, a major Japanese semiconductor trading company has established a joint venture with a leading vehicle design company that has Chinese automakers as customers.
日本の商社「RYOSAN」と中国の車両デザイン会社「IAT」は4日午後、北京で調印式を行いました。　
RYOSAN, a Japanese trading company, and IAT, a Chinese vehicle design company, held a signing ceremony in Beijing on the afternoon of the 4.
今後、日本から車載用の半導体や電子部品を調達し、中国の電気自動車向けの販売や第3国への輸出に取り組むと説明しています。
The company explained that it will buy semiconductors and electronic components in vehicles from Japan, sell them for use in electric vehicles in China, and export them to third countries.
「新たなビジネスモデルを両社が力を合わせて作っていくことが一番重要」　
“The most important thing is that both companies have to work together to create a new business model.”
半導体を巡っては経済安全保障上の懸念も上がるなか、稲葉社長は「規制のなかで進めていくことで両者が合致している」と話しています。
While economic security concerns have been raised over semiconductors, President Inaba said, “Both sides are in agreement to proceed within the regulatory framework”.
