危険度分布を示す気象庁のホームページが接続しにくい状況が続いたことについて、気象庁はアクセスが集中して処理能力を超えたためと釈明しました。　
Regarding how difficult it is to connect to the Japan Meteorological Agency website, which shows the dispersion of risks, the Japan Meteorological Agency explained that the access was beyond the capacity to handle.

西日本を中心に大雨になり、4県に特別警報が出た14日正午すぎから、気象庁のホームページの危険度分布「キキクル」がつながりにくくなる状況が半日近く続きました。　
It rained heavily mainly in western Japan, and after noon on the 14th when a special warning was issued for 4 prefectures, "Kikikuru" risk distribution was hard to access on the Japan Meteorological Agency website, which continued for almost half a day.
気象庁はこの原因について「過去最大級のアクセスに耐えられるように備えてきたが、今回はその処理能力を大きく超えるアクセスがあった」と説明しています。　
The Japan Meteorological Agency explains that this is because "we prepared to withstand the most number of access ever, but this time it exceeded our capacity to handle."
緊急に能力を強化しシステムの軽量化を行ったことにより同様のアクセス数には耐えられるようになったとし、今後さらに安定的な運用に努めるとしています。
By urgently increasing capacity and relieving pressure, the system was able to withstand the same number of visits, and the agency also said it would try to operate more stably in the future.
