韓国政府は、日本などを対象に観光ビザの発給を簡素化し、来月からより簡単に韓国を旅行できるようにすると発表しました。
韓国法務省は、相互のビザ免除措置が停止中の国や地域のなかで、韓国を訪れる需要が高い日本・台湾・マカオについて、来月からビザの発給を改善すると発表しました。
現状、日本から観光で韓国を訪れる場合、1回のみ使える90日以内のビザの発給が必要ですが、今後は本人が希望すれば、複数回入国できる1年間有効のマルチビザを発給するということです。
また、申請書類も申請書とパスポート、往復航空券のみに簡素化します。
なお、団体旅行客に対しては、電子ビザも適用し、旅行会社がオンラインで申請できるようにするとしています。
