「BlackTech」と呼ばれる中国系ハッカー集団によるサイバー攻撃が世界で相次いでいることから、警察庁がアメリカのFBIなどと共同で注意喚起を行いました。　
As cyberattacks by a Chinese hacker group called "BlackTech" continued to occur around the world, the National Police Agency jointly issued a warning with the FBI in the United States.
中国系ハッカー集団「BlackTech」は、企業などの情報を盗み取るサイバー攻撃グループでセキュリティーが不十分な海外の子会社を標的にしてネットワークに侵入するのが特徴です。　
The Chinese hacker group “BlackTech” is a cyberattack group that specializes in stealing information from companies and other organizations, and characterized by infiltration of networks by targeting overseas subsidiaries with inadequate security.
被害は2010年頃から日本や台湾、アメリカで確認されていて、標的は政府、メディア、メーカーなど多岐にわたります。　
Damage has been confirmed in Japan, Taiwan and the United States since around 2010 and the targets have been diverse, including governments, media and manufacturers.
2019年には三菱電機が被害に遭い、個人情報などが流出したとみられています。　
Mitsubishi Electric suffered damage in 2019, personal information was said to be leaked.
こうした攻撃は現在も継続しているとされ、警察庁はアメリカの国家安全保障局＝NSA、連邦捜査局＝FBIなどと共同で注意喚起を出しました。　
These attacks are believed to be ongoing and the National Guard Agency jointly issued warnings with the US National Security Agency (NSA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and other agencies.
企業らに対し、「関連するグループ組織、システム開発業者と連携し、対策を講じてほしい」と呼び掛けています。
They are calling on companies to “cooperate with relevant group organizations and system developers to implement measures.”
